A foundation practice in Babaji’s Kriya Yoga, this is comprehensive Training and Initiation into the dynamic Kundalini Pranayama and Meditation techniques of Mahavatar Babaji, the mystical Himalayan Sat Guru who revived and imparted Kriya Yoga in this age.
These techniques empower the yogic practitioner to have contact with Babaji directly.

This training provides a detailed background of Kriya practices and enables the practitioner to independently practice these powerful techniques.

Full training in all techniques of the practice.
Energetic Initiation into the Babaji's path of Kriya.
Training in 18 Standard Asanas of the tradition.
Yoga Nidra sessions to further open energetic pathways and harmonize with Babaji's sacred frequencies.
Optional complimentary 1:1 follow up session with Swami Ayyappa to clarify any unfolding questions regarding the Sadhana and/or Babaji
