Nidra Vidya is a conscious form of deep relaxation that draws from aspects of Yoga Nidra, in a more condensed format. It is an excellent self-practice and also very useful to offer others at the end or beginning of Asana or Meditation classes, in retreat settings, and even in corporate settings.
